Our story begins with Harry Burcham, a man with a sharp eye, steady hands, and a deep respect for the power of print.
Before opening the shop, Harry got his start in newspaper page layout, where he learned how words, images, and spacing come together to tell a story. That experience shaped not only his attention to detail, but his belief that printed pieces matter — that they inform, connect, and preserve moments in time. In 1971, he opened the doors of a small print shop with one simple goal: to serve his community with quality printing and a friendly smile.
As the years passed, the shop became more than a business. It became a place where school programs, wedding invitations, business forms, community events, and everyday moments were brought to life on paper. Relationships were built across the counter, and trust was earned one project at a time.
In 1995, the next chapter began when Mike Burcham, Harry’s son, took over the business. Mike carried forward his father’s values while guiding the shop through decades of change. As printing technology evolved from paste-up and plates to digital presses and modern equipment, Mike ensured the shop kept pace — without ever losing its personal touch. Under his leadership, Burcham Printing remained a steady presence in the community, known for reliability, craftsmanship, and care.
Now, in 2026, the story continues into its third generation.
With deep respect for the foundation laid by her grandfather and father, Jamie Burcham Crippin is stepping into ownership, bringing new energy, creativity, and vision for the future. While honoring the traditions that built the business, Jamie is expanding what Burcham Printing can be — blending time-tested printing with custom projects, modern design, and engraved pieces that help tell stories in new ways.
Though the faces, machines, and methods have changed over the years, the heart behind it all remains the same: community, creativity, and care.
Nearly 55 years after Harry first opened the doors, the presses are still running — and we are proud to continue printing the stories of our community, one project at a time.
As we look ahead, our hope is that this legacy continues beyond today — carried forward by future generations who value craftsmanship, connection, and the power of print. Just as those before us have done, we remain committed to serving our community with care, creativity, and heart for many years to come.
